1. Acceptance and eligibility By creating an EEX account or using our services, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current account information. 2. The EEX marketplace EEX connects shippers with independent drivers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EEX is not the shipper, cargo owner, carrier, employer or agent of either user. Each user decides whether to enter into a delivery arrangement. 3. Shipper responsibilities Shippers must accurately describe the cargo, pickup and delivery locations, contacts, timing, handling requirements and offered price. Shippers are responsible for lawful cargo, safe packaging and all documents required for transport. Illegal, stolen, dangerous or incorrectly declared goods are prohibited. 4. Driver responsibilities Drivers must maintain valid licenses, permits, insurance and a roadworthy vehicle. Drivers must operate safely, protect accepted cargo, keep trip status accurate and comply with applicable transport and road laws. 5. Offers, cancellations and payment A load is assigned when an offer or acceptance is confirmed. Users should review all details before confirming. During the pilot phase, payment is cash on delivery unless EEX clearly states otherwise. Users are responsible for agreed charges and should contact support promptly about cancellations or disputes. 6. Tracking and third-party services Active-trip location, ETA and distance may be shared with authorized users. This information is an estimate and can be affected by connectivity, GPS, traffic or third-party services such as Google Maps, Waze and WhatsApp. 7. Acceptable use You must not submit false information, misuse accounts, manipulate offers or tracking, threaten others, interfere with security, transport prohibited cargo or use EEX for unlawful activity. 8. Intellectual property EEX and its logos, software, content and branding are owned by Euphrates Express or its licensors. You may use the service only for its intended purpose and may not copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit it without written permission. 9. Suspension and termination EEX may restrict or suspend access for safety, verification, misuse, non-payment or legal reasons. You may stop using EEX at any time, subject to outstanding trips, payments and legal obligations. 10. Disclaimers and liability Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, EEX is not responsible for indirect losses, user conduct, cargo condition, road events or failures of third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. 11. Changes and contact We may update these terms as EEX develops. The effective date above will show the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent through the official EEX support channel.
